While we're tossing out Defcon-esque games, there's always Nuclear War.

Fits the "everybody dies" motif very well, especially at the end-game with the massive retaliatory nuclear strike, it's very possible that no one will survive the game to "win".

Went ahead and sent in a application anyways. Mentioned in the "extra info" that, even though it's a 20" Intel iMac, it's got Boot Camp up and running on it, in case they wanted to test it as well.
