I've been in all the betas so far bar Uplink, and I've bought every game even though I got it for free. Simple as supporting a good company. This tends to be my approach as well... Though I doubt I'll be able to buy the Multiwinia special edition... $70 (after shipping to USA) is just too rich for ...

I'd love to see a screensaver of the spinning world behind the menu at the DEFCON startup. I'd also LOVE to see a screensaver from the DARWINIA intro animation... the glowing lines. Man, I love that.

Congratulations! Cannot wait to see it!

Here's hoping for many additional innovative games from Introversion!

Ever thought about doing a 'remake' of Uplink?

Are you asking about getting the big screen to work with my computer or about getting Darwinia to work on the big screen? Actually, in either case, the answer is yes . To get Darwinia to work, I had to manually enter the screen resolution in Darwinia's configuration file. No biggie. Getting the comp...

I played through the entire new demo level and found it to be a good representation of what a user will find in the game.

I agree with others that the demo level shows a more complicated level than appears in the released game. It's nice to see all the things going on, but I wished there were equally complicated levels in the game.

I think that it may be nice to be able to select the weapons in the main game screen. Another thing that came to my mind is if won't it be useful to be able to set a 'default' weapon for new squads? Myself for example, I use the Rocket Squads 24/7, no grenade, no airstrike teams. I guess if maybe t...

also, the program status in the circles take a lot of place on the screen, i enjoyed playing darwinia and making screenshots to use them as wallpapers ... is there any hotkey to hide the interface ? I too like to make wallpapers of Darwinia and hope that there will be a way to hide all interface el...

My opinion is that if such confirmation box will be implemented, it should be an option. Maybe somewhere in the Options menu one can check/uncheck 'Enable Unit Destroy Warning' or something like that, so that the player can choose whether to have this in the game or not. Yes, as I posted in my orig...

New Control Scheme

Wow. The new control scheme is very different from what I'm used to. My main complaint about the old control scheme was the need to CTRL-key some items, and that seems to be addressed with the new icon-based control scheme. I am encouraged that the control scheme is user-selectable in options; I sin...

When I get home, I'll try the patch first and see if that fixes it. If not, I'll reset the level <grumble> and start again.
