elDiablo is right about the Java API being a good basis of how you should document code, although it's a massive headache I find to do it. Also it doesn't tell you what individual bits of code are doing. At the moment a lot of my comments consist of '//fix this when I hate the world less' or comment...

Democracy was responsible for that. Now they have people starving for the first time in centuries. Communism worked for them. I'm not saying it would work anywhere else... Yeah, I guess the millions who died of starvation under Stalin's regeme don't count. . . Communism did not work. That wasn't re...

Personally I'm not catholic and do not (any more) follow any form of christianity. However I am still saddened by John Paul II's passing, and as has been said by everyone he did a lot of good work. Again as has previously been said the only comfort is that he is no longer suffering from his illness....

Thanks einstein. Thats about as far as my knowledge extended anyway but I do understand the need for a codified document. Would I be right in saying that instead of making the system far more complex as some suggest, it will make the system simpler? But I should imagine it'll be more complex than th...

While I am an A2 Politics student I am dispointed in myself for knowing little about the constitution, although I am not willing to believe any of the tripe the anti-Europe lobby puts out on the subject. But from what I hear the Constitution is to complex to understand without a moderate amount of l...

Banker it all depends on your definition of when you become a man. I mean the Jewish believe that a boy becomes a man after their Barmitzvah (sp?) which i believe is at 13. However im not an expert on Juadism (again sp?) so i could be wrong but thats as much as i can gather from the limited attentio...
