Ah, no. Darwinia was <the next game>. Defcon is <the third game>, and the game after that is <the forth game>(sp) (previously known as <the next next game>).

Do you get a slowdown before the crash? It doesn't seem likely to be resources related. I also think that maybe you can try doing some more repeated experiments to make sure this website is the case. Some ideas: 1. Try opening it with another browser and running Darwinia 2. Try turning off Flash and...

That's no reason not to plan ahead! Defcon 3 should be a MMORPG where you have to fight monsters to gain experience and "level up." You'd get better equipment for defeating higher level monsters, and you could have all sorts of cool stuff like spells and archers!

The only option is suicide.

I just would like to know how you're supposed to get money in that game. None of the servers offer money except the satellite one (I assume), which can't be hacked without buying an upgrade.

Also, ALLOW PEOPLE TO ABORT CRACKING.
