Have you set the Staff Room to Staff Only? usually worth doing on anything you want the staff to the use, worked for me a few times and is correct way to do it?

Update on my progress. Doing lots of testing.
Working in my almost ready BETA:-
* MAIN FEATURE easy switch between Architect and Warden mode and back again!
* Change Balance
* Toggle Water, Elecic, Food and other requirements
* Toggle unlimited funds
* Toggle Normal / Developer mode
