Cannot get a mod to work - manifest.txt shows up as a folder and contains nothing
Hey, so i've been trying to install mods with a non-steam copy of the game recently. I've been using the steam online converter to download the .mod files and open them up. Some of them work fine and have a manifest.txt, but some of them have this folder thing that doesn't work. https://i.imgur.com/...
