I'd also love to see this fixed. The game looks absolutely AMAZING spanned across dual widescreen monitors... it's a shame that you can't play it. Here's a couple screenshots. Notice in the first one that the title screen appears to be OK. However, in the second one you can see what the problem is. ...

Less bloatage is good, it means a streamlined program usually that problems can be readily identified and fixed. Obviously, you've never had to modify a PERL guru's code before. :D Or, worse yet, some C programmer that has an intimate knowledge of the memory / timings of your company's mainframe......

Thanks. That's pretty much what I figured. Actually, a horrid thought just occurred to me. I hope that steam isn't going to be required to play even the boxed version, like HL2. I odn't know what I would do at that point... my love for IV clashing with my utter hatred for Steam. My world would 'splo...

For me, it all depends on their online download method. I have this shear hatred for everything steam, ever since I tried to play some Half Life one day when my net connection was out and I was bored out of my mind...and of course, couldn't play it because steam couldn't talk to its servers. If they...

I think bungree was just joking. It does sound a bit like it, but there's nothing wrong with that ;) Correct, hence the smiley face at the end of my post. Don't worry about it anyway. Hell, I'd suckup myself if I thought it had any chance of increasing my chances. :) I'm probably a bad fanboy anywa...

Hmmm, maybe I might just try it anyway, after what Monty said. However, nobody ever replied to my email/PM, which kinda ticks me off. Part of the reason I like independant game companies is because you can actually get customer service, and they're usually nice people. How disappointing to get no re...

Xander, not a bad idea. I did attempt contact through the site before I posted tothe forum, but I haven't seen a reply. Either they never sent one, or I missed it in my scan before mass-deleting the spam folder. I will try a private message through the board's software, as that seems less intrusive ...

Package deal for buying both Uplink and Darwinia?
Hello, I've been needing to buy Uplink for awhile, but I decided last year that I would wait until the next game was released so I could just get both, and maybe get it cheaper. So, is there anything like that going on? At the very least, it would be nice to order them at the same time, so as to sav...
