Just tried to record a vid of it with my webcam, showing how the four programs work with the secomd monitor, but for some reason it only recorded the last two I did. But basically: Uplink just blanks the second monitor, but I can't move my mouse over to it. Darwinia works perfectly. Second monitor i...

Second monitor blank?
I'm now running a dual monitor setup, and with most games they just fill the main monitor, leaving whatever was running on the second monitor alone, which is how I want it. But I've noticed that Multiwinia, defcon and uplink just blank out the second screen. The monitor is still recieving a signal, ...

I've got one of the original G15's and wouldn't swap it for the new one. Don't like the orange light, it doesn't look like it would fit in well with anything, I prefer the softer blue. And being able to close the screen is handy, prevents it from being damaged and makes the keyboard slightly more co...

Lan mode
Hi, just a quick question about lan gaming and defcon. I'm having a few mates around for a lan party this evening, and I was thinking about introducing them to Defcon, but I just saw the main page of the site, and now I'm not sure that they would all be able to join my game, since they will all be o...

LAN trace problem
I've just hacked my first LAN, and have managed to get to the main computer. When I connect, the admin logs in as he should, but the trace says 62s (0). Which means he's going to catc me in 0 seconds. Of course, I disconnect immediately and clear my logs, but is there a way to actually give me a cha...

I got a 1 week ban from my school network for messing around with the computers >_> I did manage to get one of the computers running Linux though, which was a minor victory until it was formatted and had windows stuck back on ._. And yes, the internet was working fine on it. Most schools in the UK h...

I could feel my intelligence being sapped away as I read this thread. So, here are my £0.02 I believe that the second poll option is weighted. No this is all part of the game, they just forgot to remove the ceacefire option. This implies that it should not part of the game and should be removed, sin...

4 votes from me. I would love that gaming kit. As it stands, I'm going to be upgrading to an E6400 and an X1900. If I won those, it would be so awsome! Darwinia is still #6, and it has some tough competition. N is an awsome game that has been out a long time and has a very large fanbase. Narbacular ...
