Re: Another segfault on start

When I try to start the game, it segfaults. I'm getting also segfault when starting with ati-drivers. This segfault comes with both betas 4f and 5. Before those versions game has worked well. Game get's initialized and few seconds of sounds gets played, but then it crashes: VERSION : linux-demo-bet...

Out of curiousity, from your first post I can see that it gets some initialization done... does the window pop up? Is anything displayed? Yes blank window pop ups (when running in windowed mode) and after that it crashes. In console it writes: CLIENT : Requesting Team... Darwinia has unexpectedly e...

Re: Performance if pixel effect with DRI drivers.

When I turn on the pixel effect with open radeon r100 dri drivers I find the frame rate drops from 50 to 7 FPS. With nvidia drivers (and very different card) it drops from 78 to 68. This may be normal and not a bug, I do not know. Umm... So you got the game running with ATI DRM-drivers? What graphi...

Is that with your: ATI Technologies Inc RV280 [Radeon 9200] (rev 01) Also, please could you try a 2.6.x kernel (you'll need to upload your sysinfo and download again) just to check if it is a 2.4.x DRM issue? With 2.6.9-r10 -kernel with DRM I got this: XIO: fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset ...

Maybe this isn't a bug, but it's very odd feature.

This seems to be fixed in 4d.

Graphical error in research-menu

It seems there is something wrong with one row in research-menu.

That same bug appears every time in both 4c and 4d. I'm using ati binary drivers.

Re: Repetition of resolutions.

In the options menu there are many entries for each resolution, probably for refresh which darwinia shouldnt be changing anyway. The refresh option should be removed from the linux version. Actually it shouldn't be removed, because you can change from there what resolution game will use (if only it...
