Ugh... windows defender is pretty bad for causing game conflicts. I use Avast and rarely have issues with it and there is currently no issues between PA and Avast as far as I know. As far as the Gaming Evolved app... you might wanna check for a conflict with any kind of gaming apps from the manufac...
