Per what I saw on another thread, you have to update the names in your game via an option in the Extras tab. Any name you enter does have to be approved and I do not, however, know the frequency at which they do that.

Let us not forget that the gardeners and janitors freak out still. Out of 20 like 5 will be cleaning and the rest running around in the storage room. I gets its a simulator but that's a bit too realistic.
