Looks to me that the Holding Cell is overlapping the doors. Plus, holding cells need jail and/or staff doors. If you put a plain door there in the corner, prisoners will leave the holding cell if they feel like it.

I think if you make all the cells just as good thats the same as not having grading. This. If every cell is identical, cell grading won't come into effect. Then, prisoners won't feel bad about being in a horrible cell, and won't feel good about being in a nice cell. Guards will just escort newcomer...
Is it me or once Campaign is done, the game starts popping-up various notebook pages and polaroïds on the prison ground for us to pick them up ? I do like that :-) but don't know if it's condition-based triggered or plainly random (which I doubt) It's seemed pretty random for me. My yard was empty ...

I second this. Infinite ammo for prison escapes is like dropping guards anywhere in Sandbox Mode; too easy.
Well, since sentence time is sped up in Prison Architect as 0.2 years per in-game day, naturally their tunneling efforts are going to be faster.
