Excuse me, but first off, this seems highly unlikely, perhaps some video proof would help. Not only does Prison Architect have some of the worst modding implementation I've seen in a game, but I'm also noticing some discrepancies on the screenshots. Give us some video footage, if you cant provide it...

Sadly, none.

I was really hoping forward to adding custom code into the game, or perhaps more LUA functions.

Nope, just Escape Mode and some new campaigns, guess we'll have to wait until their break is over before they make a patch including some. Or maybe they'll just abandon us.

Its a mod, and unless you completely copy Valves work, then no. Plus there is already a Half-Life mod out there.
