There are two ways. The traditional way is the email from the dead agent. The other way, well it involves hacking into ARC. Beyond that you will have to try for yourself. And the dead agent email is always sent. It's part of the game code. strange in my games the dead agent never sends the email.

I always do the mole mission, I don't know maybe I should try to put all the hackers in jail or something maybe I am just unlucky or my version is just strangely bugged, I will just try again.

No I have done all missions it comes up on my rating. all three times when I tried it revelation was at v 3.0 and faith was at various levels though the last time it was at 2.2. I also got it lower one time by purposfully failing the missions that appear on the bulletin board. Still no luck
