There's alot of waiting in real hacking. you cant break a password in 1 min, thats for sure. It usually takes a day or 12 hours to break a password. dude have you seen the specs of the computers in uplink? the gateway you start out with is what 40? 60ghrz??/ i just bought a new pc and its only 2.2g...

why wouldnt making a second one or an online version make nay sense?? i htink it would do really well... if uplink 1 is this good, then there is potential for another version of it... change the story line, add more of a story line, or even make the game more intensively based on that story line... ...

hmm oke ill try that... when i hacked some systems though and they trace you in like 60 seconds from the word go with the password breaker, sometimes its hard to get in do the buisness, and delete the logs before they get to interNIC... the logs on the system you hack, you do have to delete those to...
