place your mod in the hidden mod folder and start the game via steam
Goto Extras and then to mods and select your mod, then look at the bottom right below your mod info and its that easy

Just a note from my prisons i had a problem with lots of staff being exauhted, but, manged to get them down to almost none by dotting a few small staff rooms around the prison close to the staff members that were over tired.

Yeah i have copied the tileset.png and am using that as you say, but, was hoping i didn't have to do a copies of it and would be able to use a new .png for the mod. if this is correct then Grading doesn't realy matter , its to do with the 3 grades which would make sence as far as i can see in my prisons. i'll give it a try and see what happens too
