hey. i d/l the themes but when i go into the 'themes' option in-game they dont show up. what am i doing wrong. can anyone give me a step[-by-step on how to get them to work please?

ok, i now this isnt exactly about the new patch, but i just tried to d/l the two theme patches and i cant get them to show up on the 'themes' option in-game... can anyway give me an exact step by step on how to load them in the game please?
