If you dismantle objects they will be moved to your storage. When you rebuild them, they are taken from your storage and don't cost you anything.

If the prisoner gets solitary as punishment and you do not have any solitary cells, he will just stand around. Sounds like this could be your problem. Either build some solitary cells or adjust your policies that no solitary punishments are handed out (won't work after the punishment has been given,...

Easiest way around this bug is to temporarily assign the laundry with the extra uniforms to service the blocks that are missing their uniforms. If possible, hire a lot of janitors for a couple of nights. They will deliver the uniforms. Then you can reassign the laundries to their proper blocks and ...
