I agree. If you kill too many guards you can get 5+ hearses but the guards are two busy to move the dead to the hearses so they never leave. I don't think so; or the timer must be really long. I killed every guard in a prison and then proceeded to let every prisoner out. No new guards showed up.

And a button to skip punishments with out using / losing rep. This is first and foremost a game and it's no fun waiting 8 hours in solitory being able to do nothing. It depends on the prison. A few random ones from the steam workshop have been easy. My max security one built during the last alpha is incredibly difficult. Get caught doing anything wrong and your in solitary for a day and there are guards everywhere. 1) find nearest shower 2) punch shower head 3)...

While it's not a fix; try designating some unused space or a space the won't be used for a long time, as storage. It looks like they won't clean it up because your Storage area is full.

Aside from the screen shot being oddly reversed, it seems that your shop fronts are facing the wall meaning that the staff cannot get to the working position...
