RenderPostOffset
I noticed they added a property RenderPostOffset and RenderPreOffset in materials.txt in the last few patches. Does anyone know exactly what this is supposed to do?

This mod has been updated for Alpha 34. Script has been updated to do more in-depth checks on items placed on walls. They were previously ignored as only windows could be placed there. Copied over fixes from alpha 34 to the mod's materials.txt

There is currently a known bug where mail satchels will crash the game. This is of course not the case when loading a new game though. I would recommend contacting support if your game crashes the moment it starts: http://support.introversion.co.uk/

Why people are in this whole "If it isn't SSL/TLS it's not secure" mentality is beyond me. Someone would have to be able to sniff out any packets from you to the server. If they can do this? Any encryption is going to matter not a hill of beans because the odds are they already either a) ...

Do you know if any way I could check, I've been looking around at LUA and ever so slowly getting my head round it Create a scriptable object, and attach a script to it that finds a nearby guard and stores it in a variable. Then go in-game, buy a guard, build that object, click that object and press...

You might be able to void the guard and spawn your new guard-type in it's place. I am not sure if the weapons the guard is carying are visible in the lua object.

Yes, prisoners are dumb. In my 500+ inmate prison there are enough prisoners that take the basic education class that at least a fraction of them pass. If there are 3 that follow the advanced education class it is a miracle. Larger prisons have the problem too that inmates take ages to reach the cla...

Well, no one passes my education programs, but then I mainly have max sec in this one prison because it seemed more challenging ... Go to your deployment view and look around. Either you marked some area between the cells and the destination as a security level the prisoners are not, or you have holes/normal doors that would allow the prisoners to escape.

Use a website such as http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/ to download the map from steam workshop. Then add the mod/map to your game by extracting the mod in folder in %localappdata%/Introversion/Prison Architect/mods/

Prisoners can roam freely in all area's that have a 'shared' security status or a security status they are in. If you don't want prisoners there... you just air-gap it with a staff-only section, or even turn the execution room into staff-only/death-row-only.

Assuming that you have assigned a security level to the parole rooms themselves too this sounds like a bug.
If this just happens when loading up the prison, that is due to the fact that security levels are not initialized before the prison starts moving.

If you added your name suggestion ( here ), it is usually added in the next alpha build. You can get specific prisoners transfered to your prison by pressing escape, going to the names in the game list and finding the name of the prisoner you want to transport.
