Nope. I tried to make Uplink work on Fedora Core 2 a couple months ago, with no luck. I tried the libglut library in /usr/lib without success. I'm glad I was able to get it working with the script.

I'm seeing the same behavior on Fedora Core 1 with a nVidia GeForce2 MX400 card.
