Ok, I tested your prison you uploaded to mantis. Aside from some other (partial security) issues, the problem with your cell is, that it's been tunnelled. You bulldozed and build it new, so you don't see the hole any more (I guess you could see it before?). But in fact the tunnel underneath still ex...

Maybe beef up your laundry room with some more machines. They are hangin there cuz they have nothing to do. Which means you have more workers than work to do. You can also lower the number of them allowed in there. Or get rid of some janitors. Or, of course, get more prisoners. And how should that ...

For a workaround, you can manually assign the security level to each prisoner. So you can separate them if you wish.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, switching the level manually doesn't have any effect on prisoners.

I would rather have cooks or doctors assigned to a room than janitors or gardeners. I am glad not to have to take care of it.
Cooks may make sense, but I don't know if I really need that. They split up as needed - I think that's ok so far.
