I'm creating a new prison and at one particular place in the prison a door is making a very annoying sound when it is closed shut. Anyone encountered this?
I tried replacing the door, but it keeps making the sound.

Is there any 'official' way of reporting bugs (instead og posting it here)?

I noticed guards opening doors for prisoners to zones that were designated as "staff only". The prisoner won't go in after the door is opened, but I guess the guard should not even open the door in the first place.

(Noticed this in alpha 28)
