Re: Bug - Not Food Been Prepared

Check storage areas for cooked foods/pans, if you find any dump them. Pans and food gets dumped in storage when food is being cooked during 'lock down'. It is of no use to anybody and can't be eaten but it does count as food for some reason.

Re: Suggestion: Custom secondary categories

Prisoners should simply use the Yard or Shower reachable for them through least amount of doors.

You could do nice things by assigning cellblocks to shower/yard/anything but the above should in my opinion be default behavior.

Re: Role of doctors

I agree, it would be much less of an issue if guards didn't ignore dying prisoners half of the time. This is currently the only way of getting rid of legendary prisoners. Some people like the challenge, but others like myself don't. Extremely volatile prisoners should have been implemented with ele...

Re: Role of doctors

Doctors generally shouldn't go out looking for patients. A prisoner can request a guard to escort him to infirmary, max-sec and above shouldn't walk around the prison freely (if/when infirmaries get the kitchen/canteen treatment this will be easier to do). Guards are already supposed to walk prisone...

Re: [Suggestion] Dog Handlers

Dogs need to rest, for that they need a kennel. You can indeed get as many doghandlers+dogs as you like but you will eventually need at least half that number in kennels at least.

I didn't know kennel->dog was not required actually, I treated them like armed-guard-lockers :)

Re: Game crash / graphic error (help!)

I would first recommend to fully uninstall the current video drivers (might want to run something like driversweeper http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html after regular uninstall) and then re-install latest drivers. If that doesn't help, please post brand/type of your videoca...

Re: [suggestion] deploy scheduler: show red-arrow regime

The normal regime-display already displays multiple regimes if there are several. Just show a 2nd display like it below it for the 'red time' and you're done :)

[suggestion] deploy scheduler: show red-arrow regime

In the deployment-scheduler, if you move the red arrow to define a time specific setup. It might be useful to show the regime active for that time (for all types, just like regular display does). 'cos I tend to base deployments on what my lovely inmates are at least *supposed* to be doing :)

Re: [Feedback] Make game more interesting when not building

If you keep a -500k debt your prison is to expensive for the amount/type of prisoners you have. The challenge would then be to reduce costs (e.g. guards) so the daily run cost goes down and debt goes away. Balancing money is one of the gameplay components :) Try to run with a 1:5 guard:prisoner rati...

I have only ever had false dog-tunnel alarms, it's getting a bit much. Can we have a training program for dogs ? :)

Re: What use is the weapon rack?

Hmm.. so 40% of my guards not having tazers despite roll-out is just them being lazy during tazer-class. I'll go have a word with them about that :)
Thanks for all replies!

What use is the weapon rack?

I know we need one weapon rack in the armory, but what does it DO? Specifically, do we ever need more then one weapon rack if we want to equip more guards with tazers for example?

Re: Can't change my game resolution or go out of windowed mo

Are both monitors same resolution (and also set as such) ?

Try with 2nd screen disconnected.

For these setups PA might need a hard override, like a 'trust me I know what I am doing' option which doesn't check video settings.

Re: Can't change my game resolution or go out of windowed mo

If it still doesn't work some more computer details would be useful. What Operating System, type of videocard, that kind of thing. Dual-monitor setup? Also do you try to re-install/clean-install the videodrivers ? I ask 'cos it sounds like the game somehow can't determine the available resolution it...
