I feel this isn't a problem of the door controls. I think that all people on patrol, stationed, or at a post(phones, CCTV, Door Control) should not leave their duty until relieved by another guard. That's the solution.

Eh, just stick the ??? prisoners in a isolation wing away from the other prisoners. Have phones available that are tapped. Time Warp Factor problems? -> ALWAYS use small prisons
I'm back... The way to resolve issues for medium and large prisons is to not use them. I only start my prisons small now and I use land purchases to expand them. This gets around all the main issues I was previously having in my prisons.

So... I think one dead body was eventually moved to solitary and then off loaded... but the 2 others still remain. All of the other 70ish bodies were eventually removed.

I've had two fires recently.
The one time the game did glitch and the fires could not be put out... I saved and reloaded the game and they had the fire out in like 2 minutes.

Yeah, maybe it should go in "General", but it is a type of prison... a very evil one where one has to fight to survive. It is good for testing the "kicking off", "riot mechanic", and so forth though.

Yeah, I run wood prisons all the time. You can't have an exports area and have to sell the planks manually.
