i cant find it on my steam updates...

I downloaded prison architect today and when I booted it up my mouse cursor was about an inch down from where the game thinks it is. ill post a screenshot. nevermind about the picture I cant figure out how to post. but I have a quad hd screen which is 3200x1800 and the only time the cursor matches ...
