Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible at this time. The modding system does allow some changes to the interface such as enabling/disabling elements, moving them around, and scaling, but their actual functions seem to be hard-coded.

The game forces a colored overlay on the different security levels. Because of this, only min-secs appear in the blue and yellow jumpsuits, while the others don't and should not be difficult to distinguish from one another.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. The mod doesn't work.
It wasn't tested at all before being posted. We got a little excited just about the fact we got it to display
a toolbar sprite for the room. :/
