As I said before, manual punishment won't affect the risk.

Prisoners are able to starve in current vesrion. If "Food" need is at maximum level then prisoner will gain "Starving" need. When "Starving" will reach the meximum level, prisoner will start loosing health. Punishments are already affecting the danger level, but punishi...

Why would you want to go for max-sec for high profits from federal grants?
Just get yourself min-sec only and assign them to max-sec upon arrival.

Actually, we need more detailed reports on any incidents. After the fight the player needs to manually search through prisoners to find out who murdered his favored guard. It would be nice to have the tab "Incident report" in paperclip as well with list of who did what wrong during the day...
