Individual tunnels are still possible too. Weirdly, I had three prisoners all break out at the same time, but they all dug individual tunnels (the cell block was too close to the boundary and I forgot to install metal detectors...)

I find that the drug addicts and alcoholics urinate in their cells even though they are right next to the toilet. Is that normal?

They do urinate in other places too - there's a lot of yellow in the needs screen (I'm not very good...) but rarely anything above that.

What I always found surprising about forks and knives is that as of a few updates ago (A23?) they were part of the contraband that was smuggled into the prison by people putting it in the deliveries, which are mostly for the kitchen, where there are forks and knives anyway...
