Prisoners sitting everywhere?
Okay, I have a prison with common rooms accessible to all types of security levels. Each section has their own common room. Even the cells have chairs in. .. but the prisoners wander the hallways looking for OTHER rooms with chairs or sofas in! Sitting in the infirmary... sitting in the mail room......

Re: Tunnels are still OP
Saying how to counter them does not address the fact that they SHOULD be rare. Why are we supposed to believe too that the cell floors are made of concrete and yet someone with a spoon (why on earth can plasticware not be a feature?) be able to tunnel out within a day. These threads with the apologi...

Re: [suggestion] More prisoner control options
Awesome idea. I support it as-is.
I think people need to bear in mind that this is a GAME. If one wants to be a fascist dictator and hurt or kill prisoners then the game mechanics should allow it. It might be morally wrong and have in-game consequences (riots, fines etc.) but it should be explored.

Re: [Suggestion] Mailroom (New Room)
I agree on adding it to the game-proper! Quite often the reply to suggestions is 'make a mod', but then there's the whole interoperability thing with different mods. Could be a nightmare. It' could make Prison Architect end up like Skyrim and need load-order modification to even run. (fortun...

Re: [Suggestion] Door/Metal Detector/ Window Fixes
Yea, this whole thing from Introversion devs saying "ooh look, we have lots of 'developers' now" means nothing if they don't credit those mod makers and roll the fixes into the game proper.

Re: [Idea] How to solve the AI problem
I like that idea of having a prisoner 'belong' to his local rooms and so he will use those amenities. Certainly don't want them just picking the nearest to their position or a random one.

Re: [Bug] Injured inmates not treated
I've consistently had problems with prisoners needing medical attention, and it's even flagged under the todo list. Doctors seem oblivious to it and prisoners do not go to the infirmary. I even tried making other infirmaries in higher traffic areas and that worked for a time until the doctor got tir...

Re: (suggestion) Cell allocation
Nice idea.. I like it!
Having them processed in an orderly manner would help with the 'rush' that happens when all the guards take off to escort them to cells, often going a fair way from the front entrance for each prisoner.

Re: Alpha-25 Don't like the Regime slots collapsing down
I agree. most annoying. I'd like to see exactly what sec is doing what, even if it's the 'same darn thing'
As well as that.. when will we get a prisoner count for each security type.
All these elaborate changes and the basic stuff goes begging :/

Arrrgh.. Cooks and Doctors
Multiple kitchens and infirmaries are very annoying at present. i.e. they don't work.
Very annoying to build a large ~900 capacity prison with 3 wings (min, normal, max) that have their own kitchen, canteen and infirmary and have it all turn to crap because the AI messes things up.
Arrrgh.

Re: Anyone expecting the game going to tablets?
The old adage of being certain you can walk before you can run, etc.
I can only imagine how much this game would melt tablets when it can bring fast PCs to their knees currently.

Re: What should we focus on next?
I think attending to the staff distribution (assigning work areas, smarter job AI etc.) and the remote access connections should be high on the list. Get the basics working well first before adding more stuff.
