Re: (Suggestion) Freehand planning.
Great idea. Allow for boxes, ellipses, arrows and text and you have all the tool you really need. Put it on a separate overlay that you can always show, even when setting up patrols. Having different colors would be nice but not neccessary.

Re: Future Ideas to Consider !
All are very good ideas. If you could do a search and add your support to the already existing threads describing these features, we get a better feel for what people would like to see

[Suggestion]Very Important Prisoner
A game event, where you get a VIP (criminal that made the (inter)national news). - Your prison is under more scrutiny (breakouts, force abuse, etc are fined) - the VIP might rally other prisoners around him - Copycats (either in the prison or coming in as new prisoners) - More breakout attempts - Ex...

Alpha 22, i believe the bugbash version is an 'inbetween' version, meant for people to determine if bugs have indeed been solved.

Re: [Suggestion] Visitor arrive By Vehicle
Perhaps as an add-on. Have staff go home and come back.
Having a carpark could allow your staff to come by car (giving them more time to rest at home)
Having a busstop could allow more visitors
Having a prisoner intake area where they exit the vehicle in a safe environment

Re: [suggestion] Prisoner of interest / Wardens' pet
+1 Having stories like this is what makes DwarfFortress great and i feel it would complement this game as well. Hey, maybe even go so far as to log the fights (Prisoner X tore off the finger nail of the right index finger of Prisoner Y. Prisoner Y headbutts Prisoner X. ). That last sentence was obvi...

Re: Regime suggestion
This could go well together with another suggestion here on the forums: named cellblocks. If you could name a few regions, you could assign those regions to the prisoner regime: making an "Eat" regime with a CellBlockA region would mean he can do whatever is available in CellBlockA if he's...

Re: [Suggestion] Naming Cell Blocks
+1 Having CellBlockA have lunch at 1, while CellBlockB has lunch at 2, makes for a more efficient use of your kitchen / canteen, without needing to have different security levels. Not to mention that CellBlockA could do the washing, while CellBlockB does the cleaning and CellBlockC does the workshop...
