Re: [SUGGESTION] Play As A Character
Im sure some are like that, but we're all different, i've played some games where there's functions that looks like this, and i loved it. I mean there's some strategy kinda , who might like to build the prison more. There's some that likes RolePlay a bit, they might be quite interested, and there's...

Re: [Suggestion] Cancel Grants
While I'm all for cancellation penalties/fees, I'm not so much for a time-limit on grants. Especially on some that really take time to do, such as the Education Reform grant. It takes a lot of time to pass prisoners through those classes and a time-limit would be too much pressure. So yeah, I don't ...

The Many Ways to Ruin Lives
Okay, I'm aware of perhaps the simplest way to ruin someone's life: hack into the criminal database, give them a couple convictions, plus breaking parole, and have them arrested (and covering your tracks afterwards of course). However, I'm curious how else you can make someone's life a 100 times har...

Yes please. I also agree with paying-back advance payments to avoid cancellations getting broken.
Heck... if they wanna punish reckless grant cancellation, there could be a cancellation fee included as well, though the amount charged would vary.

Re: Trick to using the clone tool?
Well, first is the obvious: you need to have it allowed first, by going through bureaucracy. The second thing is simply how it works. With Clone selected, you need to right-click and hold then drag over the area you want to clone. That selects the area. Once you've done that, you just left click on ...

Re: [suggestion] Career Mode
I actually suspect that they're gonna put in stuff like this when they've got all the general game-play aspects done and gotten most of the bugs ironed out of the system.
For now of course, they've only got "sandbox mode".

I've looked at one prisoner in my game before and noticed good stats and a desire to keep track of him.
Then I look somewhere else and I can't find the dude again. XD Yeah, I'd love a feature like this. It would be extremely useful.

Re: [SUGGESTION] Play As A Character
This just reminds me so much of the Theme Park World 'You can walk around your own park!' feature that I used once, and then never touched it again, because it was boring because no matter how you cut it 'riding the roller-coaster' was just the camera moving around... I wanted to be building and ma...

Re: [SUGGESTION] Play As A Character
I think this would be less exciting than you think it will be...especially the 8 hours of sleep, stuck in the canteen for 2 hours, clicking same buttons over and over again in the workshop for 6 to 9 hours a day.... Unless of course while you're in the canteen, you decide to stir up some trouble. :...

Re: Methadone program doesn't seem to run: "ALL ROOMS BOOKED
I have a suggestion for getting rid of this problem. I've noticed that the program description says that the "Prisoners Sit". So I added chairs in the infirmary, and I think that fixed the problem. I know this doesn't make sense, since the prisoners never do actually sit down, being put di...

I have to question this one (though it might be a bug in the system).
I've had prisoners with almost no unsatisfied needs, and their concentration level is still "Terrible".

Re: [Suggestion] Prisoner Mode
My apologies if this suggestion wasn't concise enough. I thought I explained it rather clearly and fairly briefly. I did look over the list of suggestions, and while there are questions here about how to become a prisoner, there haven't been any suggestions about an alternate game-mode where the pla...

Re: Bug or not? Ex-addicts attending AA meeting
I haven't looked at the full conversation... but do keep in-mind that for AA meetings, it does note that the meetings only take the edge off the need for booze. It doesn't remove it entirely. Alcohol isn't like narcotics. XP And if you're out of room for more people to join AA, then the only thing I...

[Suggestion] Prisoner Mode
Now, as of Alpha 20, we all know that you can end up spending time as a prisoner in your own prison if you let too many people die in said-prison. Well, what if you actually WANT this, but don't want to go through all the trouble of having so many people die? What if you want to just be a run-of-the...
