Yes was wondering this myself.
They said in three they were working on some major/secret stuff - perhaps they want longer than a month for whatever that is. They put out that console vid, maybe they think that counts for Feb's vid, although some clarification would be nice from the devs.

Re: Request: Death-Penalty Free Mode
Ah fair enough, it's been years since I did that, so I forgot about the intro. Not sure, but it's probably skippable and in sandbox (the main mode) its completely optional.

Re: Request: Death-Penalty Free Mode
Sorry mate but this mode effectively already exists, as you have to research the tech for any death penalty mechanics to be usable. The room type, and chair aren't even in the extended objects list until the tech is unlocked. Asking the devs to restrict it any further would be unreasonable.

Re: Hire a company, Clean up the PC version
Which bugs would these be? I've been playing it a bit for the first time in a while, and I haven't seen any major ones - bar a strange one, where you click an object and it selects the one to the left of it instead for placement, but easily fixed really. And speaking as someone who certainly hasn't ...

So I happen to think this was my most (prison architect related) genius idea ever, and so, am shamelessly bumping this.
Any way to tag Chris I wonder....

[Suggestion] Vulnerable prisoners automatically fed in cell
Just thinking out loud here, but should perhaps all supermax / vulnerable prisoners have an automatic policy (ie. without research) that they are fed in their cells? See ever since the introduction of permanent punishments, I automatically put any supermax / vulnerable prisoners into a state of perm...

New Update release schedule
So just wondering is there any idea when the releases are due out now each month. Update 1 was out Fri 13 November, which was the end of the second week, and Update 2 was out on the 18 December, the end of the third week (admittedly with Xmas to factor in tho). So are we working are way back to rele...

Re: Tunnels are still OP
Saying how to counter them does not address the fact that they SHOULD be rare. They are rare if you take the proper approach to the game. Designing a prison badly, completely mismanaging it and then whining about how it isn't your fault isn't gonna get you any sympathy. The dev's have constantly ma...

Tunnels are still OP
I know quite a few people are moaning about how gangs aren't quite right just yet, but I want to bring up another issue - tunnels. So I haven't actually played in a while, and when gangs came out, I decided to fire up the game, and started building a new prison from scratch. So far I have 3 gang mem...

Did he mean Supermax sort of thing, as in permanent lockdown? If they're also Legendaries that's surely where they will be?

Gangs On option in existing prisons
Pretty much the above - can I turn gangs on in my existing prisons, or do I have to go back and rebuild them from scratch?

Re: Is there a way to prioritise a task in the job queue?
nope is the short answer.
probably should be. certainly im often unhappy with the way the game distributes jobs, but not all that much that be done about i think.

Re: Why are all prisoners idiots?
as a general rule, it seems that stupider criminals go to prison. they obviously have to be stupid enough to get caught. that said, yes, the fact that pretty much everyone lacks a brain is a balance issue. Especially as now it is possible to effectively build your entire prison and then receive hund...

Re: [Suggestion] Prisoner finish food regardless of regime t
this is ultimately an issue of timing. in large prisons, half the timeslot can be over before the majority of inmates are even in the canteen, depending on where they are coming from. Chris has already spoken on the issue of timing - walk speeds vs. clock speed etc. and how it can be difficult to ma...
