So I've tried rezoning and rezoning and rezoning, but for the life of me, I have 1 cell block in the Min Sec section that refuses to connect to the canteen! Can anyone shed some light on what I might be doing wrong? I can provide my save game.

So having the Library and Mail Rooms prison labour the same size as the kitchen seems a bit overkill, 1 prisoner per 12 tiles? My rooms are ending up huge! I would suggest scaling it back to say...1:8

There is no need to have botched executions in this game. It's already a touchy enough subject and will likely result in a Mature rating from the ESRB once released, without the need for that much depth.

Why bother? By default it is OFF. The only way to enable it is to purchase the research via the Lawyer.

Why not input an upgrade system for staff like is used with the tazers. Have a doctor study cadavers or psychology in order to be used as a Coroner or Psychiatrist.

Dogs/metal detectors have a % chance to give a false reading. Also, searching has a % chance of missing the object.

Have you updated to Alpha 28 yet? There is a new feature where each truck comes with a driver. Once it parks, the driver gets out and begins unloading or loading the truck while the workers are on their way.

The confusing thing is that I have had zero problems running PA up until A27 was released.
