shut the doors...after a few seconds the deployment screen should update...
once it updates you can lock the doors back open if you want and it will work normally

currently there is no way to fill to capacity based on security level ... hopefully we will see this added in a future patch

try manually assigning prisoners to cells...i have seen instances where prisoners stay in a lock-down state after lock-down and clicking a prisoner and clicking a nearby bed seems to fix this

Problem is - I'm red/green colour blind , and I found it difficult to identify which prisoners are infected without checking the needs popup individually for each prisoner.. Futhermore i'm not colorblind and i still have a heard time identifying which prisoners are sick without checking everysingle...

staff radios - staff use radio to call for all available guards to help out in a infraction baton training - makes gaurds use batons better mace (pepper spray...not the blunt weapon lol) - has chance to make prisoner just give up fighting....causes prisoner to attack anything near them...weather its...

What i do when this event pops is pause the game...and search for the few prisoners that are sick...seems to start with about 3 or something...and punish them for 24 hours lockup...than manually send a doctor to that persons cell...still very tedious mostly because its very hard to find the infected...

i kindof feel you here...i have a legendary who is extremely volatile + extremely everything else it seems...ended up having to assign 6 guards to his cell block to keep him under control and every single time he "pops off" he kills atleast 1 of those guards would love to see him get upgra...

its very likely the bottle neck is in the software of the game itself. the engine the game uses likely is chugging under all the stuff it has to do. i have a feeling that short of changing game engines, or serious rewriting of the engines code, that there is not much more the devs can do to make it...

The cause of the riot? Well if i had to guess, either you had a bunch of gang members or a prisoner with the instigator trait in the kick off area. Either one would cause a mini riot that would raise the risk level through the roof. turns out the riot was caused by a failing laundry room...seems to...
