I think (2) is a known bug, you might want to check Mantis for that. For (3), I believe you have to do a Bangup first in order for that to work. This tells your prisoners who aren't involved and/or don't want to be involved in the riot to go back to their cells, therefore dispersing the crowd before...

Unfortunately, IV probably won't calibrate the game to work on one specific graphics tablet since it wasn't designed to be played with tablets in the first place. Doing so would require testing the game on several other tablets which many players may or may not use. It should be noted, not all table...
