Fair enough, here's an issue from 2014 that explicitly mentions v-sync. Either way both issues would probably be solved by having this little feature added.

I think the guards didn't go to the second armoury to get tazers because the room requirements were not met (there wasn't a table in the room). Guards do seem to favor going to the first armoury that you made to pick up tazers, but they will go to other armouries if they can't get to the first one,...

I wanted to update: I solved it! I had one armory with a locked door. Once I unlocked it, my guards practically stormed it and got equipped with tasers. They are much more effective now! I guess I'd like to bump this, too - bodies seem to be stored in my morgue(s) while slabs are available, but additional bodies are just left where they are. I have several ambulances waiting on the street, which I assume are actually hearses, but the dead bodies are not moved out to them.

Thats all fine, i can try a different type of prison or challenge each time, but for longevity i would like to see something like this in the final game: undercover prisoner we can control to get info somehow, maybe can listen in on conversations to find contraband, reputations, tunnels, solve unkn...
