Off-topic:

I note that your Solitary Cells are 3 tiles plus a door. You can make them one tile plus a door. You also do not need the Solitary Door; a standard Jail Door works as well.

It is a matter of aesthetics and personal taste. Just wanted to offer it as an option, not a suggestion.

I have two kitchens working well. I have a large kitchen for the medium population and a smaller kitchen for the smaller maximum security population.
