Is there a limit to how many prisoners you can have?

Because I have a prison with 1197 prisoners and it say's: DEMO limit reached - you have reached the maximum number of prisoners allowed in the demo version of Prison architect. ect ect.

I reckon my PC could of handled more....

i like making them fight and I make them work for 8 hours and I only give them 1 hours of free time a day.
I am not running "holiday camp architect"

Ok I got a 1283 cell mega prison on the go now and its not running too slowly at 1103 inmates.

Seems like this boards now about 70% posts that have xander, Rgeezy911 etc, cut and pasting its not the alpha forum.

Maybe its time to just let people post bugs and suggestions here too?

so far every big prison has crashed but i will crack it - its harder than i thought keeping game stable and adding loads of prisoners.

it does slow down a bit but i was wondering if its even possible. I plan to build it empty and then edit save file to send 2000 prisoners!
