I'm hoping by mentioning this here we might get a quick hotfix for it. I'm running into an issue where prisoners who are on perm lockup get a second set of hands and are able to attack and cause havok. CCTV is basically useless. You've answered your own question with the whole FoW thought. its not entirely useless...prisoners are more likely to do bad things when not being supervised (covered by fog) so the cctvs help reduce/eliminate these unsupervised areas In my experience there isn't really a...

it's always been that way. to change it you need to edit the preferences file in your C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\ directory.

there are already 2 existing church mods. i perfer the "religion" mod myself as it is more strictly religion based. the spirituality one also adds a library and meditations. look for them on the steam workshop.
