Whatever isolation hours do you set they do 5 hours max. Has this bug been already reported?

Are those options bugged? Because whatever I select I always have fog of war and continous intake.

Thanks everyone for the advices. Anyway the inmates stopped rioting and now guards and workers are freezed. Well I think this is a bug.

I'm new of this game and I've built my first prison. The problem is that the inmates keep attacking things and guards from the beginning, even if they entered in a perfectly functioning building.
