Re: Door control / Guard AI Suggestion

That, old friend, is what we call a defect, bug for short. Please be so good as to write it up as a bug report in the mantis tool.

Where are the inputs to the logic circuits?

Chriiiiiiiiiissss!!!!! You madman!!!!!!!!! Do you know what you have done??? You have given us all the control/automation power we could possibly want and no sensors whatsoever! This is torture!!! Ok, rants aside, at the very least we need binary input from ⋅  door bells("someone want...

"Cold turkey" not working

Hi all, Chris said in some video or other that the need for drugs would eventually subside when it wasn't supplied. I haven't seen anything of that sort. Is it even in the game, or is it one of those "removed after video was finished" cases? If it is actually in, what's the time frame for ...

Re: [Suggestion] New way to treat room requirements

Exactly. The idea basicly is exactly that, only that instead of individually listing all alternatives, you just list the required use, and let object supplying that use be sufficient.

[Suggestion] New way to treat room requirements

Hello *, Currently we have a discrepancy in the game that isn't nice: Objects that are basicly equal to the ones requested, and mostly can be used by the game entities the same way, are not accepted as fulfilling the room requirements. Example? Why gladly! bench, chair, armchair, sofa -> sitting, co...

Re: [Suggestion] Cafeteria/Canteen lunch lines

That would be a rather nice detail, but I think it would come with rather more realistic personel requirements too. I've posted a suggestion elsewhere that is somewhat similar - prisoners eating in their cells, e.g. above a certain danger level. Same problem: Who is going to take them the food? The ...

Ok, I see you're not fond of my idea of multi-inmate punishment zones, whatever they end up called. I thought it would be a nice idea...

I agree. When you want to kill people, play dungeon keeper instead.

Re: [SUGGESTION]Dungeons!!!!

But how should that be animated and designed? A second floor was suggested but since the view of the game is the way it is it will be hard to see when you look at the dungeon. Actually, there is no compelling rule saying dungeons have to be underground... no way....prisons (in the u.s.anyways) don'...

[SUGGESTION]Dungeons!!!!

Ok, this probably won't draw number one priority I know... So, why not put dungeons in the game? Sort of a cross between solitary and holding cell - with a specialized option "send to the dungeons" in the prisoner screen. It would have to have special properties though: ⋅ Prisone...

[SUGGESTION]Tooltips when too many needs go max.

Hi all, in a discussion recently some rough points of the game came up, e.g. accidentially locking somebody into his cell or into solitary for a very long time. I think some more tooltips could help, e.g. when a prisoner has an unnaturally high number of needs maxed (I'm thinking five or six) he sho...

Re: [SUGGESTION] Food in cells

Well, it isn't like this has a lot to do with the original suggestion I posted, but you guys have a point... Maybe we should have those nice little tooltips for especially aggravated prisoners too? Sort of a "forgot prisoner in the dungeon" marker, or "prisoner about to starve" m...

Now that is one for the scrapbook... Can we put roaming dalek guards on the list too please? Or sentry guns. Those would be nice.

[SUGGESTION] Food in cells

Hi all, can it really be that we haven't had this suggestion yet? Usually in a prison, especially in max-sec and supermax blocks, we would see prisoners eating in their cells. I think we should have this option too, for especially violent prisoners, guys on cold turkey regime, the possibilities are ...

Re: [Suggestion] Prison Sentencing.

I'm all for the idea of having a more developed perks/punishments system, and the idea of discriminating between administrative punishment versus judical punishment fits right in there. In real prisons, the options would include a board of prison staff sitting judgement over the offender as well as ...
