This, though, is a nice idea. An entirely optional perk system for those who like an achievement-grabber style of play, with minor rewarding. Okay, granted this leans towards the achievement side of things, this together with the polaroids which will be in the final game... They do add some replay ...

The incentive system could also come in the form of long term unlock which might change or ease future gamestyles These would be linked to your account and be accessible in all your prisons from then on Build 5 succesfull hard punishment prisons: guards get iron battons that do more damage Build 200...

Warehouse employees whose sole task is unloading trucks and distriuting them to the different storage rooms and kitchens? And maybe load trash onto trucks.

Weather could change gameplay as the need for heating or cooling could become important... Unless you run a gulag... Change your regime during winter so prisoners don't spend more than a hour freezing outside... But provide ample inside entertainment so they don't get pissed off Rain could damage it...

Indeed... Want the added benefit of workers getting around safely but risk of prisoners using them to their own advantage

Ofcourse when a prisoner is in our tunnels and a guard or worker sees them they are screwed...

Maybe we could implement a kind of transport system for goods to be distributed around the prison instead of workers carrying it for miles Like a conveyor belt, setup via utilities to connect the storage rooms... A worker places the item on the belt, it goes along its path and another worker unloads...

If i recall correctly theme hospital or evil genius had a good planning mode that allowed you to plan everything and when satisfied or you had the resources go ahead and build everything

My guess is they're working on something really really big and in the meantime supply smaller alphas

The bug bash wasn't that big
This update isn't that big (besides the shift in micromanagement)

Has anyone checked the files for any new objects or code or leads on what they're working on?

i like the idea of an atv or suv patroling the perimiter, if an inmate gets loose the speed up, a couple of armed guards jump out and arrest or kill him could reduce the number of guards needed, so increase performance i don't like the idea when a prisoner has already escaped you can release atvs to...
