In prison they use handcuffs different from police handcuffs, in prison you have thick PADLOCK style handcuffs; no one's breaking out of them without assistance; this would be an offensively retarded feature.

Has anyone noticed an increase in the number of prisoners becoming stuck on corners, beds or "moveable" items? I'll find guards, workers, janitors and the like will all become stuck, on the wall, when entering a cell.
