I couldn't get a second staff room to have food delivered to it, so I'm still using one for now. I'm keeping things fairly stable with 1 staff break lasting 120-150 minutes, which is enough time for everyone to walk to the one staff room I have. Not ideal though; would be nice if the food distribute...

I haven't tried update 3 yet, but are there any functioning carpenters tables in the workshop? If not, the game will assume that it's more economical to sell the wood as-is since you have no means of producing it further. I fixed it. I researched micromanagement and apparently none of my cell blocks were assigned to a canteen, so demand was zero. I just couldn't see it without micromanagement.
