Re: Deathrow Glitches: May be already address?
It is normal that some deathrow prisoners are converted to max security or even released due to their appeals. But all? That's too much.

Re: Getting some attention on older bugs
That particular issue doesn't really talk about vsync, it's just general weining.

Re: Hire a company, Clean up the PC version
What bugs me is the task scheduler. A lot of efficiency problems are due to this underlying key system. Entities are given tasks with little care to what they are doing, where they are or who are close to the task. This is what causes a lot of walking around in large prisons: dumb task assignments. ...

Re: Guard AI is so damn frustrating!
The problem isn't so much with guards specifically as with the task management. Entities doesn't have task queues. They just have one active task. This leads to silly situations where tasks end up assigned to entities far away just because the local entities were busy that tick. All that walking aro...

I hate to be the guy, but someone has to say it: It's by design that holding cells don't count for capacity.

Re: Why aren't we talking about 1073?
Assuming that all cores are doing pathing (patently false) and that pathing can be done in parallel without any dependencies on data that needs synchronization (false again) you do get a N times performance boost by having each core path for a different entity. It may be difficult to parallelize the...

There are two levels of login for the bugtracker. First one to access the bugtracking site and then another for an account on it.

Gang internal fights
Nb. untested speculation. The new gangs system seems to have a problem. What if two members of the same gang start a fight with each other? With the loyalty system this would mean that the entire gang would end up fighting itself. This is quite ridiculous. To deal with this, there needs to be some s...

Re: (SUGGESTION) Cell Personalization over Time
I thought that PA, unlike Sim City, tracks which cell each prisoner owns and has them return to the same one each time.

Congratulations on discovering short selling in combination with stock value manipulation. You are not the first one to think of this scheme. But this particular value manipulation is new.
