Re: Mantis clean up - you can help too!

I would prefer to separate it into two distinct motherbugs, unless you think that they are closely related to each other. Please use your judgement.

Re: Mantis clean up - you can help too!

DangerousAndroid, regarding 0010823 and others, could you please create a motherbug for issues of prisoners getting stuck? There seem to be a lot of issues like that and many duplicates, but in order to fully understand the situation, we need to sort the Mantis issues first. Would you look into it?

Re: Mantis clean up - you can help too!

There are 3575 closed issues, including 2883 duplicates. 1082 issues are resolved.

Community moderators closed/resolved 2828 issues.

Other than that, I ran some numbers, but found not much actionable information...

Re: Mantis clean up - you can help too!

Thank you for gathering this information. "resolved" usually means "fixed", while "closed" means it was a duplicate, irreproducible issue, user error or something like that... So "resolved" issues are actually good. When this thread was born, my assumption was...

-- all done until this point (except second part of Mhoram's post) sorry for the delay, I was on vacation :) OneEyedShark - I don't think those are all duplicates. I am fairly certain there are at least two (maybe three?) distinct bugs there, but I can't dig into it right now. If someone would like ...

Thanks everyone!

spud_gun: they are all closed for a long time now. Perhaps your filter doesn't take the status field into account.

Re: Mantis clean up - you can help too!

0005700 is a duplicate of 0002006 (probably, maybe 0002220 - there is not much information), not 0004832, but thanks for alerting us to it. I noticed that searching for a term "gardener" gives interesting results, some issues that are returned are the same ones or tied somehow together. I ...

bpate, I think you have just provided a reproduction scenario for http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=7285! Good job!

-- all done until this point -- mhoram: http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=4811 is set to tweak, which means "very small feature" (probably longer searching for the right place in the code than the actual implementation) What kind of information is missing from http://bugs.introver...

Practically nobody cares about the priority field or the tags. Why would we spend time improving quality of data nobody uses? Better kill some duplicates or look over some issues in Feedback state :)
