Is it just me or since Alpha 13 when a Metal Detector go red the guard search the prisoner but he dont drop anything + no lockdown or solitary ?

Dumping the uniform stock on the bed fixed it for me.

On my side half of the prisoners have fresh uniform on the bed but won't change...

Everything seem to be find on the requirement

The best for me would be :

1 intake zone (apart from the delivery)
1 out-take zone (for prisoners who done their time)

and maybe Visitor approved zone ? or they could come in by the intake zone.

Why not add a release zone for prisoners who done their time ?

Would be easier to detect those who are trying to escape.
