Fair enough point. I will clarify by saying a rehab and release mechanic is essential to my full enjoyment of Prison Architect, and without it I will be disappointed I spent so much on the game.

I think rehab & release is an absolutely essential mechanic - I've always assumed they'd put it in. If they don't I'll be very unhappy I paid for the game as it will be very shallow without. One thing I'd want them to take into account though is that religion doesn't help with rehab - chaplains ...
