Re: Modding API

Of course, your entire argument is that you are a fantastic modder Nope. Never said I'm a "fantastic modder". I make mods, (like these: http://forum.pluton-team.org/resources/authors/iscripters.107/) you've not actually provided any examples of this ugliness Do I really need to give an ex...

Re: Modding API

Not even going to touch modding until it supports Python. Other languages are okay too, but I'm not coming anywhere near Lua. Ugliest language ever. That's nice, dear. I am sure that we are all missing out on the amazing mods that you would have created, had Prison Architect supported a scripting l...

PHP is server-side, the password will still be sent plain-text regardless of whatever precautions you take in PHP.

Re: Prison Architect Alpha 33

It should be called the mail room and there are delivery parcels. Instead of guards or prisoners giving the mail, which is a bit strange, they should collect it at another room called the post office. If in solitary, someone can deliver it. Yeah I think so too. There should be one room where all th...

Re: (SUGGESTION) Cell Personalization over Time

+1 on this idea Would be even cooler if it also reduced needs, so it's not just graphics and banning them from cells also have a downside. For example, magazines could satisfy recreation a small amount for every minute the prisoner is in his cell. With some creativity the prisoner could also turn ce...

Re: [Suggestion] Choice of Execution Method

Without having read any posts after number 7 or 8, here's my thoughts about this (besides my other one, post 3). To me, electric chair (in its current state) and lethal injection seems the least graphically 'shocking'. Even though guards already (optionally) shoot and kill prisoners, it's different ...

Re: Prison Architect in the real world

£40,000 per annum for each prisoner in the UK. There's a few private prisons run by Serco here and the there are concerns that they'll convince the UK government that privatised prisons are the way to go. Which means guaranteed occupancy rates. Which means mandatory minimums. Which means lots of pr...

Re: [Suggestion] Choice of Execution Method

With a lot of states using different methods of execution, I would like to suggest that you add options for the various types. (Lethal Injection, Electric chair, gas chamber, firing squad, ect) You might consider allowing in the condemned inmate the choice of his execution method if multiple types ...

Re: Alpha 27?

And i think there are 2 things they might be leading up to. 1. Guard towers. The new staff training programs would make it so that you could train your armed guards to marksmanship guys that get rifles (In the files already) and get to guard from the towers (already there in a mod) 2. Gangs. The ne...
